A WORD TO THE WISE! (11/11/2025 Note)
The below speech bids are TENTATIVE. The WSFA has submitted a proposal to the WIAA to combine 4A and 3A Speech together in one division. As written, the speech bids are still separated, but may be collapsed into less bids. We await the WIAA's decision as of writing.
In the 2025-2026 season, District 2 qualifies:
9 teams in Lincoln Douglas, Policy, and Public Forum
10 Student Congress competitors
12 entries per speech event to the 4A state tournament
10 entries per speech event to the 3A state tournament
