A WORD TO THE WISE! (11/11/2025 Note)
The below speech bids are TENTATIVE. The WSFA has submitted a proposal to the WIAA to combine 4A and 3A Speech together in one division. As written, the speech bids are still separated, but may be collapsed into less bids. We await the WIAA's decision as of writing.
Speech Update (1/26/2026 Note)
4A and 3A Speech are combined. The total number of bids per each speech event in District Two is 13.
In the 2025-2026 season, District 2 qualifies:
